Preparing delicious tea

It is actually easy to prepare delicious tea. If you know a few tricks, then anybody can prepare a cup of bliss.

Point01

You need fresh hot water.

Please use fresh hot water boiled in a kettle.
You cannot make a delicious tea using hot water from an electric pot after a long time has passed.

Point02

The amount of tea leaves shall be used sparingly.

We are giving a measuring spoon for Sencha at our storefronts.

If you have a hot water cooler

If you have a hot water cooler, then you just need to put fresh hot water in a hot water cooler first, then pour the water in a teapot. Raise the teapot slowly and put the tea back in the hot water cooler.
When you get thin tea, then pour back about half of it back in the teapot. Squeeze it all the way and it's done.

Delicious tea is yellow and golden.

Since long ago, the color of delicious tea has been yellow and golden.
Use a white tea cup to check the color of the tea.

Point05

Tips for making delicious second cup of tea.

Hit the rear of the teapot and bring tea leaves to the back of it. The trick is not to pour hot water directly on the tea leaves. As soon as you pour hot water in it, pour all of it in a hot water cooler.
This way, you can enjoy delicious taste and aroma for the second cup as well.

Point06

Please make sure not to cool tea leaves.

When you cool them in the refrigerator, the aroma will decrease by half.
Uogashi Meicha's teas are put in a special package that guarantees flavor for a year when stored at room temperature.
